1. Acceptance

By installing the SEOSpine plugin or buying a subscription at seospine.com, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

The plugin's free features work without an account. Paid features are delivered through SEOSpine Control and depend on your plan, service availability and any third-party providers we use. Features may change as the product evolves.

3. Subscriptions & keys

Subscriptions are per website and billed through Stripe. Each key activates once, only on the website it was bought for, and expires 14 days after issue if unused. Keys may not be shared, resold or transferred.

4. AI credits

Content Studio tasks use credits, deducted only when a request succeeds. Credits have no cash value. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing it.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use SEOSpine to scan sites you don't control, send spam through link-building outreach, bypass plan limits, or interfere with the service.

6. Warranty & liability

SEOSpine is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee search rankings or traffic. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

7. Termination

You may cancel any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.
