1. Who we are
SEOSpine provides the SEOSpine WordPress plugin and the SEOSpine Control service at seospine.com. This policy explains what data each part handles and why.
2. Data stored in your WordPress
Audit results, page links, link-check results and Core Web Vitals are stored in your own WordPress database. Real-user performance data (LCP, INP, CLS) is collected by a small script on your pages and does not identify visitors.
3. Data we receive
When you use paid services, your site sends signed requests to SEOSpine Control. We receive your website address, plan and the content needed to perform the request (for example, a page URL to test or text to rewrite). A daily heartbeat tells us the plugin version and that the site is active.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your content to train AI models.
4. Google data
If you connect Google, we access Search Console and Google Analytics 4 data on your behalf, read-only, solely to display it in your dashboard. You can disconnect at any time from Integrations or your Google account settings.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
6. Retention & security
Request data is kept only as long as needed to provide the service and for billing records. All requests are signed with HMAC-SHA256, time-limited and protected against replay.
7. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Deleting the plugin and clearing stored data removes local data from your site.
8. Contact
Email privacy@seospine.com or use our contact form.
