By downloading, installing or using the SEOSpine plugin or this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
The plugin and license
The free version of SEOSpine may be used on any WordPress site. Paid plans are licensed per site, for the billing period you choose, and unlock additional modules, data and AI credits.
Accounts and license keys
You are responsible for keeping your license key confidential. Keys may not be shared, resold or used on more sites than your plan allows.
Payments, renewals and refunds
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase.
AI credits
AI credits are included with paid plans each month and do not roll over. Content generated with AI is yours to use, but you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use SEOSpine to scan sites you do not own or have permission to analyse, to reverse-engineer our services, or to send spam through link-building features.
Data and privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep our services available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may improve, change or retire features over time and will give reasonable notice of material changes.
Limitation of liability
SEOSpine provides recommendations, not guarantees of search rankings or traffic. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
